The best acts in Finnish heavy rock are chosen again, as the fourth annual Finnish Metal Awards is being held February 13-14, 2009.
The winners are being selected by public vote, so make a difference and cast your vote for Morian here!.

Ladies and gentlemen, you guessed right: the working title of Morian's second album has been released!
The new release is due in early 2009, and carries tracks such as "Bloodwork", "Nemesis Rising", "This Mortal Coil" and "Sacrifice".
We're currently making demo versions of the songs and polishing the more finished tunes to perfection. So worry not, the album is coming slowly but surely. We promise Ashen Empire won't be the new Chinese Democracy. :D

Howdy ho, dear headbangers!
Though the updates have been quite scarce on our webpages lately, that doesn't mean nothing's happening: on the contrary, there are some major things bubbling in the background!
The progress of writing songs to our second album is going well, and we're sure the upcoming material is going to blow your socks off. There are some killer tunes coming right up, dear fans!
After the gigs in Europe there's still time for one domestic gig before we go to studio, and what would be better place to wrap Sentinels Of The Sun -gigs up than the infamous Tuska Festival?
Morian will be playing at the afterparty at Nosturi along with Battlelore and Amoral.
